ALL copies of the RTTY Journal are available from Wayne Matlock, K7WM (k7wm at i10net.com). Wayne is the ONLY person authorized to copy, distribute, and sell any of the RTTY Journal materials. He does not charge a lot and the materials are well worth what he asks. Wayne has expended considerable personal effort and funds to make these disk copies available. He DESERVES the income and you have NO RIGHT to deny it to him. It does not matter WHERE or HOW you get the magazine copies. They are ALL copyright protected. Please cease and desist.

It sounded like he was talking about selling/giving away actual (but excess)
original copies of the publication. Is that actually no longer permitted? I
know there's been some talk about doing away with the first-sale doctrine, but
I did not think that had come to pass yet. I am afraid I don't keep up well
with legal developments but that seems like it would be big news. With the
shift to "E-readers" in place of paper media I suppose that day is coming, at
any rate. I'll hold onto my paper as long as I can.

Anyway, I have no dog in this fight but I thought I'd ask for clarification.
I've never actually seen a copy of RTTY Journal.
