[GreenKeys] Stunt box and SelCal documents

David Christ just sent to me PDFs of the five documents he mentioned
(the 28 Stunt Box, a data sheet on two versions of the Model 28,
and three documents on selective calling).  I'll be putting them
online on my site at some point, but thought that it might be
useful for the moment just to put them up in temporary space 
so that everyone could download them easily.  Here they are:

David has indicated that he would like to see these posted to as
many sites as possible so as to make them easier to find.

(I've changed the filenames on David's documents so as to remove
spaces from them, but have not changed the PDFs themselves in any way.)
