OK.  The PDF file on Liberated Manuals is marked or numbered as TM 
11-5815-306-34P, but it was mis-assigned by the Signal Corps and is actually -35P.  
In any case, it is an illustrated parts list, not the maintenance manual.  I 
downloaded it and the actual page count is 222 plus one page for Igor.  
Whomever DA hired to scan it omitted all blank pages which is OK if you are 
looking at the PDF.  However, it won't print right so I inserted blank pages in 
all of the appropriate places.  They had also rotated a few pages from 
Portrait to Landscape.  These are the pages you thought were foldouts.  They 
aren't, and I also rotated them back to Portrait so that they will print 
correctly.  

If anyone ever wants a hard copy of the original appearance manual, let me 
know.
