[GreenKeys] OT - Highly stealthy Linux trojan may have infected victims for years...

I don't know if any of you Linux guys ever run <tcpdump>
to see what kind of traffic is going on on your network.
If you own a Vizio TV or an Android tablet, run <tcpdump>
and watch how much garbage is flying out of those things,
contacting hosts all over the internet.
I'm really cranked-off at Vizio: when I bought the TV it
would come to life in about 15 seconds after hitting the
power button. Then, one day, they downloaded something to
it and it takes close to 2 minutes to come to life.
Since then, I've taken it off the network. If I shut down
the internet and connect the Vizio to my network, it continually
tries to connect to all these weird hosts.
And I won't let the Android connect to the internet because
a bunch of apps got messed-up when it downloaded some kind of
an O/S upgrade.
regards,
tony

Let's just say young Robert is no balloon scientist."
