Jim,

Is it possible that was the Murray Multiplex in the Telstra Museum? I 
have some video from Richard Youl, who seems to be out of touch these 
days. I couldn't ask his permission, but I've edited the footage and put 
it on YouTube here:

It shows the tape punch worked from the keyboard, the tape reader, 
phonic wheel and Morkrum printer all in operation.
