I have an equal but opposite situation here.
A Lorenz Lo15c.
220 volt 50 Hz operation at 66 WPM with a governed motor.
I use a step up transformer to get from 120 to 220 vac, then readjusted the
governed motor for the correct speed for 60 WPM.

To adjust the motor without the "correct*" strobe dots, I used a small rare-
earth magnet on the back with a coil pickup feeding a counter in the period
mode, then set the time interval correctly.

*correct in this case meant 66 WPM @ 50 Hz.
