[GreenKeys] Teletype Corp. M28 type box

I just came across a reference to a Navy version of the M28 (TT-184) 
that says it comes with a "special DWI type box".

Any ideas what a "DWI type box" would have been??  (other than having to 
do with drunk TTY operators)
