I got his Model 15, and I'm working on it. So far,

- Motor runs, and selector magnet works. All the clutches
are bone-dry and stuck. Nowhere near operational.

- Soaked typing unit and keyboard in Simple Green. This took
off most of the lubricants, but left some white residue which
comes off with cotton swabs. I've been using Scotchbrite,
cotton swabs, and compressed air, and have the typing unit about
80% cleaned up.

- Repainted the black cast iron parts prior to oiling.

- The carriage return dashpot was completely stuck. I
had to take the dashpot apart and use penetrating oil
and a lot of work to get the piston to move at all.
There was black crud on the piston, jamming it. Looks
like bad lubricant . But once cleaned up and oiled,
the dashpot is fine. Even the leather disk is OK.
(I put some Hydrophane leather treatment, which is a
silicone oil, on that.)

- Got all the typebars moving freely. They seem to be
wiggle in their slots more than they should, though.

- The key strike guide doesn't look quite right.

It may be slightly bent.

- Replaced one broken screw and the main shaft oil filler cap.

This machine looks like it had a lot of operating hours on it.
The type basket area looks worn. We'll see how it works
once I get it typing.
