[GreenKeys] HAL ST-6

This is turning out to be a mad house.  I got a ST-6 "working, good" off  ebay and of course it is not!  I found both the fuses in the +-12 supplys blown and changes them but have no output on any of the supply voltages even with all the cards removed.  I do not have any loop supply either.

I do have a copy of the manual but it is lacking in any type of test points or troube shooting.

Does any one use one of these that could contact me off line and chat on what I should be looking for??
