Wayne - that should be easy to fix: there is a timing circuit that
controls when the ST-5000 is satisfied that there is a valid
signal and starts keying the loop.
The ST-6 has a fast and slow switch. I left the FAST timing circuit
alone and increased the delay of the SLOW to about 3 seconds.
Take a look at the schematic. If you're not sure which resistor
to change, post a copy of it on here and I'm sure someone will be
able to tell you which one it is.
