[GreenKeys] ITTY GREENWICH CHANNEL

To the folks in Europe and other 50 baud enthusiasts.

This morning it was found that the GREENWICH Channel was running at 45 
baud using the USA coding scheme.

It has been adjusted back to 50 Baud and ITA#2 Character set.

I would appreciate hearing if anyone is copying the Greenwich (European) 
channel.

If it is of no consequence then we will consider some other options.

This has been a hectic summer and has distracted yours truly from paying 
close attention to the systems in general.
