[GreenKeys] request re WWV

this isn't about RTTY, but it is radio related and in a way related to data
over HF radio. i need the help of a few people who access the internet via
different providers at different locations around the country to try to
solve a strange problem.

There are some documents I'm trying to access about WWV that are stored on
the NIST.GOV website (National Institute of Standards and Technology).
these are public files that anyone should be able to access.  Except I
can't access them via the internet (I'm on Comcast in central NJ).  I've
contacted NIST about this problem and they tell me that their testing
(inside and outside their firewall) shows that the documents should be
available to anyone on the internet.  They think it's just me (which I
guess it could be).

If you are so inclined, please let me know if (a) can, or (b) can NOT,
access PDFs at the links above.  if you can not, please let me know who
your internet access provider and and the city and state where you are
located, and if I may pass your test results on to the folks at NIST,  My
