[GreenKeys] who lost thier gear guard for the 28 or ... why do I have som many!?

who lost their  gear guard  for the 28 or ... why  do I have  so many!?
see pic  below.  I always  considered these a good   safety thing  plus
I would suppose it  would  keep the  big  gear from slinging  grease
all around ?
