[GreenKeys] FSK decoder board?

A while ago someone on the list was offering an FSK decoder board / kit.
At the time, I was not needing one but now have a project in mind where
I could use one.

Are they still available and who was offering them?  I've poked through
the archives but apparently my search-foo is not so hot.

I think they had an Exar 2211 on them maybe??
