[GreenKeys] KS7470 oil

Climbing around on the web, I have found the specs for KS7470 oil,
and I have found the specs for a number of other oils with which
to compare it.

In conclusion, Starrett 1620 Tool and Instrument oil is almost
certainly the exact same thing.  $6.94 per 4oz. bottle

Several other highly refined white mineral oils are every close
matches.  Lubriplate FMO-AW 200, for example, is available for
about $139 for 5 gallons or $1,466.38 for a 55 gallon drum.
bulk discounts are nice, but I don't need that much.
