[GreenKeys] Reader run relay?

> I've finished reforming capacitors, at least for the moment,
including the capacitors in the Teletype's CCU. While going
over the cabling from the PDP-8 to the teletype, I realized
that our teletype does not have DEC's standard modifications,
specifically, it does not have the 4915 board with the
reader-run relay.

> If anyone has salvaged old ASR-33 Teletypes and undone DEC's
modifications by removing the reader run relays, I'd like
to get hold of the removed relays to put one into my Teletype.
I did find a photo on line:

> Of course, the TTY will work just fine without the reader-run
circuit, relying on someone to start the reader after the
software is ready for it, but it would be nice to have it.

> Also, I have heard that there are other ways that DEC installed
the reader-run circuitry, before they came out with the 4915
board. Documentation of that would be nice, since I am working
with a 1966 vintage machine.

Doug - I have been looking for one of these off and on for a while now myself. If I find 2, or if you do....let's stay in touch.
