[GreenKeys] OT: 5 pin plug

You wouldn't think it would be hard to find a 5 pin plug like the old 5 
pin tube bases have, but.  I would like to find one with a cover or 
shield whatever it's called.  No it doesn't work on a TTY machine but a 
TTY TU does send tones thru it!  I guess worse comes to worse i'll bust 
up a tube but that won't look like i want it to look.  Anyone seen one 
of them lately?  Made by Amphenol or at least the socket is.  The socket 
is already mounted in the chassis and has factory wiring so there is no 
need to disturb that as it's what i want anyway.  It's just the outside 
plug that seems to be elusive.
