[GreenKeys] Model 38

Model 38 was a Model 33 modified to print upper-lower case. And also
stretched to handle 14" wide computer paper. And with the same lousy
keyboard that afflicted the Model 37.

If it had come out a few years earlier it might have established a market
for a computer terminal good for word processing, and perhaps for the
APL programming language that requires a large alphabet. I guess the
Bell System had seen it as a lower-cost companion to the equally late
and ill-fated Model 37, and competitor to the IBM 2740 and 2741 Selectric-
based terminals.

As it was, both machines were too late to achieve any significant market
impact. Stretching it to handle wide paper was also a bad idea. The
parts were not made of stiffer material, so flexed more with the greater
length. There's some part - I forget which, maybe something connected
with line feed - that tends to fall off its track frequently.
