[GreenKeys] Model 33 Sprocket Feed Form-Out Lever Overtravel Adjustment

The form-out mechanism on my Model 33 does not work and it looks like the
problem would be solved by making this adjustment (para 2.97 on p104 in my
adjustments manual).

 

The area where I need to make the adjustment looks hard to access, although
I have yet to take the typing unit out of the casing. Is it possible to make
this adjustment without dismantling anything?
