[GreenKeys] Model 15 chassis voltage?

I would like to see a really good article on safety proofing tty's
and making them GFI friendly... I think we need a white paper on this.
I am sure Nick and SMECC and Gil and George and other sites would be
glad to have it posted... it will save some trouble and maybe save a
life.. Jeff , George, Don or?? do you want to take this on? or?
does it already exist and I have not found it yet!?
I think the main offenders are the 14 the 15 and the 28...
