In the early 1970s, many of us in the Air Force communications squadrons
would use a clip from a Cheech and Chong recording for a test message on
a local loop, it tended to get the lifers really mad, we just sent it
more. It is: "NO STEMS NO SEEDS THAT YOU DONT NEED ALCAPULCO GOLD IS
123456789 (BELL) BADASS WEED"  Radio and telephone techs would use it
too, on  obscure frequencies and private circuits.
