[GreenKeys] MORE: Kantronics UTU for SITOR/ AMTOR FEC

At KPH the AEA PK232, some modified for different tones, was used to generate and copy SITOR.  We use them to generate and copy Baudot and SITOR at KSM.  The facility is full of them, some still in the box.  They provide an easy way to copy those modes and many others and a quick look at eBay shows they can be had pretty inexpensively.
