Paul,

 

A good 28ASR would go for anywhere from FREE to maybe $100.

An immaculate, fully-loaded 28ASR (auxiliary reperforator, three-speed

shift, dual-headed TD, etc.) might go for $200 and up.

 

They aren't exactly the type of gadget you can put into a flat rate

Post Office box....so the market becomes very limited.

 

I usually acquire machines for the effort of picking them up, fix

them up, and give them away.
