[GreenKeys] Casters for M28 Teletype equipment

yikes these are  even cheaper are they as good!?
 
ok guys  do you recommend  getting  them with the  brake  or without?
 
I have some on the  way  granger accepted the order and   sent  ship data. 
 
and  HOW  DO  I TIGHTEN Them ON THE 28...... A   WEIRD  WENCH  OR????
