Out of curiosity I converted your Lat/ Long to Google friendly 
coordinates, 42.92138, -90.26305

This seems to be a group of buildings off Wearne Road/ Dodgeville Street 
near Linden, which Google maps shows up as 2526 Wearne Road, WI 53565.

Very revealing!
