[GreenKeys] Back on the mysterious TTY on 4.004 (4003.5)

I swung the beam around while tuning up and down from the 14.373 mc
freq. Heard nothing this morning as of 1600Z. There was a what seemed
to be something like a polled data signal down about 5 kc but nothing in
the area of 14373 like i heard on the other frequencies. I'll check
periodically throughout the day to see when it comes on.
