    Was listening to him on 4004 a few minutes ago while 
working in the shack. Fairly strong but my noise level is 
very high tonight. I couldn't hear anything around 8 mhz 
except the local noise. The signal might be there but 
whatever is causing the noise blanks everything but the most 
powerful broadcast stations.
