[GreenKeys] Back on the mysterious TTY on 4.004 (4003.5)

Thanks for that report. I have been keeping him on regularly on one of my  
HF radios
here, just to see what he does. As always, mysterious and elusive!

As usual, he came online at 2200Z (UTC or 5 PM Eastern). 
 
This time, NO traffic signals, just carrier. It is almost one hour  (2256Z)

"up" time, and still no traffic. Wondering if this is a malfunction, or  no

in the queue, or waiting for operator intervention. Carrier strong  
(QRK-5/ZBZ-5).
 
Anyone else getting the carrier? Note that this signal appears to be  heard
all over the US in recent days. Anybody check the same signal on 5339?  
Can't get that one from here.
