[GreenKeys] Do model 28's have auto carrage return or can they!?

QUESTION ON AUTO CARRIAGE RETURN ON 28
 
Folks - the model  28  I  brought home   - I was  playing with last 
night...   is there  supposed to be an auto  carriage return?  or is this a feature 
 you have to activate?   If  so    link  to  info?!
