Video of it copying ITTY. 
It has the stock symbol font so some of the punctuation is wrong. 
Also, the last owner replaced the on/off switch with an end-of-line indicator light. 
Indications from a couple scraps of paper found inside leans me to believe it could have been used for TDD. 

Had to dig out the old pc. The audio codec has seemed to have changed and won't play on the mac. 

Just need to clean up the case and cut some plexiglass for the window.
