I repeat, that's not necessarily the fault of UPS. The SELLER
is responsible to make sure it is properly packaged and it
obviously was not.

People seem to be under the misguided impression that
"The loneliest guy in the world" (i.e. the Maytag repair
guy) is going to pick up your item and hand carry it to the
destination.
