[GreenKeys] Teletype Traffic

Does anyone know who is transmitting for 4.004 Mhz?
 
Getting a real strong signal(QRK-5)  for the last several days here in  
Greenville (Mauldin),
SC at night and all night (quiet during the day).
 
Appears to be 60 wpm TTY. I have no teletype copy capability so  thought
maybe someone in the group would know. Perhaps a DDH station?
