[GreenKeys] ITTY Auto channel addendum

There will be a change on the auto-start pix starting  tonight.
 
Instead of every 6 hours, it will be every 12  hours.
 
This is to make my XYL happy as the machines would  start at 1:15 AM, and 
she was not overly pleased.
 
They will now be run at 0715 EST and 1915  EST.
