[GreenKeys] USB boost converter for current loop

I've posted the schematic and source code for my combination USB charge 
pump boost converter and ASCII to 45 baud, 5-bit baudot adapter:

It fits in an Altoids tin and is powered entirely from the USB port, so 
there is no large 100 VDC supply required.  It can transmit to the Model 
15 quite well and once I track down a KSR model 15, I'll add receive 
capability to it, too.
