[GreenKeys] ASR33 punch reader control line

When plugged into a minicomputer there is all the reason in the world
to control the tape reader.

Mostly because if you *DON'T* well... "Hi yeah, you're going too fast,
so I'm just going to ignore what you're sending right now; oh wait
that's a critical program? Well I still don't give two damns, I'M
SKIPPING IT BECAUSE MY BUFFER IS FULL."

And that's why DEC added a reader control line set.
