[GreenKeys] Dried-Out Teletype ribbons

I have had some moderate good results in applying some wd40 to the 
ribbon. first i wrap it around a big flat or cylindrical core to make it 
easier to to aply. don't soak them, just apply a tyny amount. rewind and 
let it sit for a day so the ink gets time to dilute again.
