They're low quality ribbons.  They were lousy  when new, and time
has not improved them. The ones that haven't dried out  keep flaking
off bits of dried ink.  The eyelets for the ribbon  reverse aren't
centered in the ribbon. The hooks at the ends are smashed  flat.
They're thin nylon.

Back to buying new Nukote B76  ribbons at $10-$15 each.
