there is some insurance  with  global priority
 
do not  know the  weight of the  dispenser  but
have shipped a number of things  this  way.
 
there is no longer  a slow  boat  price like there   used  to be.
 
yea  shop it let me know what you  find.

For the  paper tape dispenser roll, it doesn't weigh more than 1 lb or
so, so $40  seems high, even for a gummint operation.
