I missed this in your post before.  I grabbed a bunch of these from
The Black Hole before they closed operation.  For some reason they had
tons of these paper tape holders.  It's not nearly as crazy to ship as
shipping an entire flexowriter (weights probably 100 lbs?), but it's
still probably prohibitive to send one to the Netherlands from the
western US.

If anyone in the US needs one, I'd be interested in trading or selling
off a couple of the extras for a reasonable price plus shipping.
