Tony,

The generic name for the equipment is "Receiving Antenna Multicoupler".  
Commonly used where the number of receivers that need to be operated exceed 
the number of antennas available.  Like on smaller combatants and intelligence 
gathering vessels.  Each receiver would normally be on a different 
frequency and listening to a different station.  The Navy ones I'm familiar with 
were typically 8-channels (receivers) per unit.

There were also equivalent units for use with transmitters but as I recall 
they had pretty stringent channel separation requirements, which the 
receiving units generally didn't.
