[GreenKeys] Nose Oil

One problem with most oils is not the oil itself but the excessive application
of it.

I've used the nose oil trick on negatives (a mentioned usage) but switched over
to a commercial product and found that while it worked great it was hard to not
get too much everywhere. A drop on a small piece of felt and finger application
to the negative was one way to get it done.

What tricks have others used to not get too much oil to critical parts?
