Not everyone!  

I still use a rotary dial phone regularly, listen to the
stereo system I bought 40 years ago and have a bunch of
vinyl records because spending money to replace "timeless"
classical music with music on CDs is silly.

What's sad is that the majority is dragged along with the
crowd whether they want to go or not.

It is fun to watch my neices and nephews play with the
telephones and teletypes.  I suppose they are all too young
to lose their sense of wonder with things so that don't
notice anything but the things that the media wants them to
see.
