[GreenKeys] and now, for something completely off-topic

you can't.
Not only that, but think about this.
if wages are declining, eventually we will reach a point where people do not
make enough to afford your home that you want to sell so that you can fund
your retirement which means the house price will have to go down to meet
what people can afford.

This in turn lowers the amount of taxes that a community can collect to fund
the services that they provide for you.

I can go on and on, but this is not the place.

Here, I just keep my ears peeled for a model 28 that might be close by and
available when I have the funds to buy it and a place to set it up at <grin>

Unfortunately, we live in the era of "close enough is good enough".

The respect for excellence died with the turn of the last (20th) century.

Spelling is superfluous since everything today is relative to texting.
(Georetown University misspells government as "govertment" on their web
site).

Remember Toll Quality? Now the gold standard is a hand held radio, which
most people call a cell phone or mobile.

Wages? Cheaper is always the goal, as most big businesses consider
employees as a (decreasingly) necessary evil.

I'll close with a maybe rhetorical economic question that bugs me:

How can you have a growing economy when real wages are declining ?
