    Not nearly enough.  The minimum rate must be about five 
times whatever the equivalent hourly salary is and in any 
case no less than a decent lawyer gets per hour, say about 
$300 to $500.  It should be calculated to include travel 
time (portal to portal) and should have a reasonable minimum 
call, no less than five hours. Get the money up front. Make 
them beg. The "children" will work for nothing because they 
think it will lead to bigger and better things.  Remind them 
that before long they will be you.
    Any job that does not sell product or invent new product 
to sell or produce the salable product is overhead. This 
includes nearly all management.
