[GreenKeys] Model 14 Help

Greetings Listmates,
I have a model 14 Typing Reperf on the bench. I recently got it from an 
estate. I have done a preliminary clean up and oiling of the machine and it 
appears in very good shape. However, upon firing it up, I see  it prints and 
punches ok but with lots of errors (maybe a thrity percent rate). I see by 
the manual there is a lot of adjustments/etc in the Selector section of the 
book.
I have never worked on one of these before and so I wonder if some kind soul 
could give me some advise as to what to look for or how to test it further 
to locate the problem.
