My "baudotrss" program is available. Version 2.7 is just out.

Here's the README file.

It's in Python. It prints RSS news feeds, and will also send and
receive SMS messages if attached to a Google Voice account. I
use it to run Model 14 and 15 machines. It works for both
KSR and RO machines; on RO machines you can print news.
It works for both page and tape printers. Runs on Windows 7
and on Linux. Works with our suggested
USB to serial converter, so it can be used on laptops and
notebooks. Open source, on SourceForge.
(Odd baud rates on classic Linux serial ports require a
patch program which we do not provide.)
It's possible to follow not only RSS news feeds from Reuters
and the AP, but the RSS feeds which Facebook and Twitter generate
for their updates. (It's not easy to find the RSS feeds links
for Twitter and Facebook pages, but they exist.)
