[GreenKeys] 6 Bit? Linotype TTS?

Hi folks,

after years of absence from mechanical data processing I have come to a point 
where teleprinters meed the print shop: I have recently acquired a Linotype 
model 10 hot metal type casting machine. It has a paper tape reader. Someone 
referred to it as "Fairchaild paper tape reader".
The reader uses 6 holes plus sprocket hole paper tapes. I have never seen that 
stuff. And I do not have a punch for it. I don't even know if the tape is 1 inch 
wide like the 8 bit stuff.
Somewhere I read that a Teletype model 20 was used to punch the tapes and could 
also be used to send typesetting instructions down the wire.

I'm quite sure that some of you might know more than me about this 
teletypesetting stuff. Every piece of information or idea where to find a punch 
is strongly appreciated.
