[GreenKeys] OT - rotary dial telephone specs

Back when I was 13, I had a candlestick without a dial mech and used a toggle switch in series with the line to dial...(just for fun). I'm sure that was longer than 75ms, so I also would be interested in the limit of the pulse length.

Curious minds, etc....

So my question is what was the design standard for a dial phone's pulse-widths? They both work just fine on my Centurylink landline, and I dialed up my cell phone and left myself a message with each phone. Perfect dialling and audio sounded good in both directions too.
