[GreenKeys] Baudot/ASCII convertor

The Baudot/ASCII convertor that I have is a Dovetron TBA-1000.  This was used with a Hal ST-6 and a Teletype Model 40 ASCII unit.
It has a High Level op for the Baudot and a 20 ma loop for the ASCII machine (model 33/35).
If anyone remember is UT-4B up/down convertor, this also had a knob to sent the output character rate.  An lED readout shows the about of buffered memory waiting to go out.
I have the complete manual but I have not used this in 30 years.
