[GreenKeys] Odd Print problems on ASR 33

I have a model 33 with an intermittent printing problem. Actually, it
seems to be getting worse. I believe it's in the print head lift /
rotate area and not an ASCII decoding problem. It only happens to a
few characters and not related to a particular bit. It will also punch
the correct bit pattern while printing the wrong character. It will
print correctly all characters except the letter "O" which will print
the letter "N", then other characters will begin to print wrong like "A"
will print an "I" (but only after trying to print an "O"). Things will
go back to normal after a carriage return. The letter "O" will print
correctly at the beginning of the line a couple times and then start
printing "N", like OONNNNNNN (all letters should be "O") but it will
punch all "O"'s correctly on the paper tape. Another example: if I type
"AAAAAAAOOOOOOAAAAAA" it will print "AAAAAAANNNNNNIIIIII" Other
characters will print wrong, but only after you try to print an "O".
It's like the letter "O" is confusing the positioning on the head. I
think other characters will also cause the problem intermittently.
Any ideas?
